The honest answer, then, is "its founders and their investors." The exact split is private, and figures you may see online, such as Hudson owning 20%, are not backed by any filing or company statement.

Goldenberg and Ressler built Fabletics inside TechStyle, the membership-retail group they founded in 2010 as JustFab. By 2021 the businesses had been pulled apart: Fabletics moved into its own headquarters, the older JustFab, ShoeDazzle and FabKids brands went into a separate unit, and Savage X Fenty, the lingerie brand they started with Rihanna in 2018, raised outside money on its own.
Is Fabletics publicly traded?
No. In 2021, The Wall Street Journal reported that Fabletics had hired Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Barclays and Bank of America to prepare an IPO that would raise about $500 million at a valuation above $5 billion. The offering never happened, and the company said it does not comment on rumors. As of November 2026 there is no Fabletics stock to buy.
Does Kate Hudson own Fabletics?
Partly. Hudson co-founded the brand in 2013 and has an equity stake, but she does not run it or control it. Goldenberg is CEO, and the size of Hudson's stake has never been published.

How I checked this
Fabletics is private and does not publish its cap table, so this page relies on company statements and press coverage: the Los Angeles Business Journal for the 2021 structure, the Wall Street Journal's IPO report via WWD, and Goldenberg's 2026 growth figures as reported by SGB Media. Where a stake has not been disclosed, the table says so instead of guessing.
